Dubois Continuum of Care Community seeks an RN Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) and Infection Control to lead the nursing team and oversee the facility's infection control program.

This role combines administrative leadership with hands-on clinical oversight, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations while supporting staff development and quality resident care.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Must know Long Term Care.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative requirements such as completing necessary forms and reports.
• Assist DON with administrative duties and serve as backup when the DON is not in the building.
• Provide personnel with training and information governing established policies related to exposure or blood/body fluids under Infection Control supervision.
• Lead the Infection Control Committee and conduct routine meetings.
• Monitor infection control policies and procedures during rounds and identify areas for improvement.
