BrightStar Care of Appleton & Green Bay is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) who will grow into a future Director of Nursing. The role starts part-time in Appleton with mentorship and opportunities to lead as Green Bay expands, balancing hands-on patient care with leadership development.

You will work alongside the current DON, gaining experience in clinical operations, case management, quality assurance, and staff development while helping to grow BrightStar Care's services in

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Wisconsin RN license.
• At least 3 years of nursing experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical‑thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Appleton and Green Bay areas.

Responsabilités

• Clinical Care and Case Management: Manage a small caseload in Appleton with growth into Green Bay; conduct nursing assessments, reassessments, and supervisory visits; develop and update Plans of Care; coordinate care with clients, families, caregivers, and healthcare providers; provide skilled nursing services including medication management, wound care, and infusion therapy; monitor documentation, client satisfaction, and quality of care.
