Job summary

Advantage Recruiting Group is seeking an experienced RN/ADON for a Full-Time position in Voorhees, NJ and Burlington, NJ. The ADON will provide clinical leadership in a post-acute/LTC setting and support the Director of Nursing across all shifts.

Ideal candidates have prior post-acute or SNF/LTC experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and excellent communication skills to ensure quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in New Jersey.
• Experience in post-acute, SNF, LTC or subacute settings.
• Leadership experience in nursing management preferred.
• Knowledge of NJ nursing facility regulations and long-term care standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing with overall management and coordination of nursing services.
• Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing staff across all shifts.
• Monitor resident care for quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with staff supervision, scheduling, education, and performance management.
• Support implementation and monitoring of care plans.
• Review clinical documentation for accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist with quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Monitor infection prevention and control practices.
• Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Assist with regulatory compliance and inspections preparation.
• Respond to clinical concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Support the DON with daily nursing operations and other clinical initiatives.
