Job summary

Excelsior Care Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for Optima Care Harborview in Hudson County, NJ. This leadership role requires a Registered Nurse with long-term care experience, a NJ RN license, and a commitment to clinical excellence, staff development, and resident care.

As ADON you will mentor nursing staff, lead and supervise teams, coordinate with facility leadership, oversee wound rounds, and support surveys and regulatory compliance while maintaining

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• 2–3 years of experience in SNF or LTC setting.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
