Job summary
Focused Post Acute Care Partners is seeking an ADON to join our team in a leadership capacity. Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, the incumbent will supervise nursing services and help set the standard of care to meet residents' medical, physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
The role requires an active RN or LVN license and CPR certification, with strong English communication and the ability to mentor licensed nurses.
Qualifications
- Must possess an active RN or LVN license.
- Must understand and execute verbal and written English instructions.
- CPR certification is required.
Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing services under the Director of Nursing.
- Mentor licensed nurses and review admissions for accuracy.
- Ensure resident safety and timely response to call lights.
