Job summary

Premier Healthcare, LLC seeks an RN ADON Assistant Director of Nursing at LeRoy Village Green to lead daily operations in a skilled nursing facility. You will partner with the Director of Nursing to ensure top-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

You will guide nursing staff, manage staffing and budgeting, and drive performance improvements while maintaining a patient-centered culture. NY RN licensure and leadership in long-term care are required.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of New York.
• Prior leadership experience in long-term care or rehabilitation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement policies.
• Provide guidance to nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care.
• Participate in Performance Improvement activities.
• Develop relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Coordinate daily nursing unit operations including staffing and budgeting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, HIPAA and licensure standards.
