Green Acres Healthcare is seeking an experienced RN to serve as Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), guiding and supporting the nursing team to deliver high-quality care for residents. This leadership role emphasizes mentoring staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of compassion and excellence.

The ideal candidate brings strong clinical leadership, excellent communication, and a commitment to staff development.

Qualificações

• Active RN license.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Long-Term Care.
• 2 years of management experience preferred.
• 1 year of staff education experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to supervise, motivate, and mentor team members.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure safe, high-quality resident care.
• Coordinate Infection Control program and regulatory compliance.
• Provide ongoing staff education and in-services.
• Assist with regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
• Direct planning and delivery of nursing services across departments.
• Maintain documentation and medical records in compliance.
• Participate in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of nursing staff.
• Manage daily staffing levels to ensure appropriate coverage.
• Foster a positive and compassionate work environment.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to identify improvements and promote growth.
