Job summary

Florentine Gardens in Loveland, Ohio, is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) who is a registered nurse to join our management team. The ADON will assist in directing, coordinating and evaluating nursing care services for residents while ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines.

The role requires leadership, clinical excellence, and the ability to manage care standards, confidentiality, and resident privacy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of acute care, long term care or geriatric supervisor and management experience in a Medicaid/Medicare certified facility
• Excellent computer and communication skills
• Must follow all established Federal, State and Local rules, regulations and guidelines

Responsibilities

• Assist in the direction, coordination & evaluation of nursing care services provided to the residents
• Implementing nursing services, objectives and standards; resolving resident care issues
• Ensuring compliance with all State & Federal guidelines
• Ensuring all confidentiality and privacy rights of residents are observed & enforced
• Provide direct nursing care to residents residing in the facility
