Job summary
Tutera Senior Living & Health Care in Metropolis, IL is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) RN to support the administration and management of Nursing Services for residents. In partnership with the Director of Nursing, you will oversee 24-hour supervision and guide the Nursing Department to uphold quality standards and regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate is a licensed RN, with a preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing and prior supervisory experience in
Qualifications
- RN license in the state where practicing.
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
- Two years of nurse supervisory experience preferred.
- Professional image in appearance and behavior.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Support administration and management of Nursing Services.
- In partnership with the DON, supervise Nursing Services 24/7.
- Direct the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards and regulatory compliance.
- In the absence of the DON, assume responsibility for clinical operations.
