Job summary
Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the administration and management of Nursing Services for residents. You will partner with the Director of Nursing to provide 24/7 supervision and lead the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards according to federal, state, and company guidelines.
The role requires an active RN license, a nursing degree (associate or bachelor preferred), and prior supervision experience in long-term care
Qualifications
- Licensed RN in the state of practice.
- Two years of nurse supervisory experience preferred.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
- Experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred.
- Strong communication and professional image required.
Responsibilities
- Support administration and management of Nursing Services.
- In partnership with the Director of Nursing, supervise Nursing Services 24/7.
- Maintain quality standards of care per Federal, State and company standards/regulations.
- In the absence of the DON, assume clinical operations responsibilities.
