Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) / RN to lead the Nursing Services with a focus on quality care for residents. The role includes 24-hour supervision and department leadership in a senior living environment, reporting to leadership and aligning with physician orders.

Qualifications

• RN license in the practicing state (Illinois)
• LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience required
• Two years in a nurse supervisory role preferred
• Professional image in appearance and behavior
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration and management of Nursing Services per physician orders and resident needs
• Provide 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services and lead the Nursing Department to maintain quality of care
• In the absence of the Administrator, assume center operations responsibilities
