iCare Health Netework in Meriden, CT is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADNS) to join Silver Springs Care Center. The role involves supervising nursing staff and collaborating with the Administrator and DNS to ensure quality resident care.

Requirements include an active CT RN license, QA/QI knowledge, and supervisory experience in long-term care. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive work environment.

Formación

• Active CT RN license required.
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance/Improvement processes required.
• BSN or ADN in Nursing.
• Supervisory experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in management of nursing staff to ensure standards of nursing practice, quality care, and treatments.
• Lead facility rounds and monitor resident status.
• Maintain awareness of resident clinical care issues.
• Lead and instruct clinical staff with resident care.
• Assist DNS in training nursing staff to meet clinical competency levels.
• Provide daily oversight of RN Supervisors, Charge Nurses, and CNAs.
