Job summary

Phoenix Senior Living's Myrtle Beach Manor in South Carolina is seeking an Admissions/Infection Control Nurse—Registered Nurse to join our team. The RN reports to the Director of Nursing and will oversee resident health, coordinate admission processes, and support infection control initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Minimum of one year of experience with elders or disabled individuals
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities
• Knowledge of Assisted Living industry and Dementia care preferred
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and flexible hours

Responsibilities

• Responsible for monitoring the health and wellbeing of residents
• Provide leadership support and supervision of resident care
• Coordinate PSP and monthly wellness visits
• Document changes in medication or service levels
• Assist Wellness/Executive Director with health updates and quarterly reviews
• Manage vital signs and weights monthly for residents
• Deliver direct resident care when needed
