Job summary

Myrtle Beach Manor, part of Phoenix Senior Living, seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to lead resident care and infection control initiatives. This full-time RN role reports to the Wellness Director and supports wellness visits, medication administration, and family communication.

Responsibilities include conducting PSP assessments, monitoring vital signs, updating health records, and ensuring compliance with state regulations while maintaining high standards of quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with an active RN license.
• Prefer 1+ year experience with elders or disabled individuals.
• Leadership capabilities and knowledge of assisted living/Dementia care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents' ongoing needs via PSP process.
• Ensure follow-through and document changes in care.
• Assist Wellness Director with monthly wellness visits and PSP updates.
• Inform Wellness/Executive Directors about changes in meds or service levels.
• Collect weights and vital signs monthly for health updates.
• Provide direct resident care as needed.
