You will build positive relationships with potential customers and referral sources, ensure proper payer for admission, and complete all required paperwork to support census goals.

The role requires basic computer skills and is an on-site daytime position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs.
• Experience in healthcare setting or long-term care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer flow from inquiry to actual admission.
• Ensure positive relations with potential customers and referral sources.
• Ensure proper payer for admission.
• Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
• Contribute towards community profitability and census goals.
• Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintain established standards of practice.
