Job summary

Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare is seeking a Nurse Manager/Supervisor to coordinate nursing activities for the assigned shift and serve as an administrative liaison. The role supports quality monitoring, staff mentoring, and effective communication across hospital departments.

Required are an Associate Degree in Nursing, 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience, and Tennessee RN licensure with BLS. Supervisory experience is preferred and ACLS/PALS are a plus.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Clinical nursing experience of 3–5 years required.
• Supervisory experience 1–3 years preferred.
• BLS and RN licensure in Tennessee required; PALS/ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing activities on the assigned shift.
• Serve as administrative liaison to hospital departments.
• Maintain effective communication and information flow.
• Identify and resolve patient care and operational issues.
