Responsibilities

• Makes rounds to ensure care is delivered per plan.
• Coordinate patient flow and bed assignments within the shift.
• Assist with emergencies, unit admissions/overload, and support staff in direct care.
• Provide on‑site clinical leadership and staff coaching during the shift.
• Collaborate with Case Managers to optimize patient resource use.
• Participate in quality reviews and performance evaluations.
