Job summary

Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare in Memphis seeks an experienced RN Manager to coordinate and assign patient care for an assigned team of Registered Nurses and aides within specialty areas alongside the Physician Enterprise.

You will oversee referrals, patient case management, and adherence to standards of practice, while driving staff development, quality improvement, and effective communication across an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Required - Nursing degree with state RN licensure
• Preferred - BSN or higher
• Healthcare leadership or supervisory experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates clinical activities to meet goals and objectives; ensures care plans are followed, appropriate staffing levels, and quality and cost effectiveness.
• Hires and develops staff; implements orientation and training to maintain competence.
• Plans for and utilizes fiscal and human resources.
• Demonstrates initiative for self-development and professional competency.
• Ensures compliance with MLH policies and accreditation standards and fosters interdisciplinary collaboration.
