Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical experience with demonstrated leadership competence.
• 2+ years in a leadership role (Charge RN, Supervisor, etc.) is preferred.
• Additional specialty nursing experience (critical care) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent administration during off-hours and provide clinical oversight.
• Coordinate patient placements according to established criteria.
• Ensure appropriate staffing and resource management during off-shifts.
