Froedtert Health in Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to oversee day-to-day unit operations and supervise nursing staff on PMs and night shifts. This on-site role requires leadership to maintain standards of care and collaborate with the Nurse Manager.

Minimum 2 years of clinical practice, a BSN is required and an MSN preferred. Wisconsin RN license (or multi-state NLC) is required. Strong interpersonal, analytical, and computer skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical practice required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing is required; master's degree preferred.
• Requires Wisconsin RN license or multi-state license with NLC participation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities of assigned unit(s) and supervise staff.
• Provide leadership and accountability during off-shifts and ensure standards of practice are maintained.
• Support Nurse Manager and implement evidence-based care plans and outcomes.
