Job summary

RegalCare at Courtyard Medford is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for an Administrative Nurse role. This position will oversee regulatory compliance and survey readiness while managing clinical operations to support safe, quality patient care.

You will report to the Corporate VP of Clinical Operations, lead nursing staff, audit documentation, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure policy alignment and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, clinical operations, and survey management.
• Leadership or administrative nursing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Ability to lead teams while maintaining high standards of care.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and clinical guidelines.
• Assist in survey management, including preparation, response, and follow-up.
• Support policy implementation aligned with industry standards.
• Monitor and assess clinical operations to ensure high-quality care.
• Provide leadership to nursing staff and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Audit and inspect clinical documentation to maintain quality standards.
