Job summary

RegalCare at Courtyard in Medford seeks an RN Staff Development Coordinator to lead infection prevention and employee health initiatives. You will develop programs, ensure compliance with CMS and state/federal rules, and coordinate with safety, HR, and quality teams to protect residents and staff.

Responsibilities include policy development, surveillance analysis, staff education, and pre-employment testing/vaccination oversight, with an emphasis on evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• RN licensed registered nurse with clinical infection control experience.
• Experience implementing infection prevention and employee health programs.
• Strong leadership and training abilities in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities
