Job summary

RegalCare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) in an Administrative Nurse role to oversee and ensure compliance of clinical operations. The RN will report to the Corporate VP of Clinical Operations and contribute to survey management, policy implementation, and overall efficiency of healthcare services.

Responsibilities include leading nursing staff, auditing documentation, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to maintain high standards of care while ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

• Current MA RN license is required in Massachusetts.
• Experience in a leadership or administrative nursing role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and survey management.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure compliance of clinical operations with state and federal regulations.
• Assist in survey management including preparation, response, and follow-up.
• Support policies and procedures aligned with industry standards.
• Monitor clinical operations to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Provide leadership to nursing staff and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Audit clinical documentation and practices to maintain quality standards.
• Participate in ongoing training to maintain regulatory knowledge and clinical expertise.
• Serve as liaison between clinical teams and corporate leadership for operational excellence.
