Geisinger is seeking a Nursing Leader to coordinate and supervise delivery of care on assigned units. You will ensure compliance with directives, policies, laws, and regulations while advancing quality, cost effective patient care.

You will support the Nursing Department's vision and engage in continuing support of EMR systems, regulatory activities, and staff development to enhance patient and family experiences. Strong leadership and collaboration are essential.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years nursing experience.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania (RN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Bachelor's degree in related field required; nursing degree preferred.
• Graduate from specialty training program preferred.

• Participate in nursing policy formulation and department goals.
• Communicate policies and regulations to patients, visitors, and staff.
• Foster positive guest relations and evidence-based practice.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and Physician Liaison on unit issues.
