• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise nursing care on assigned units.
• Ensure compliance with directives, policies and laws and regulations.
• Assist with improving delivery of high-quality, cost-effective patient care.
• Support the Nursing Department's vision, mission, and Magnet initiatives.
• Provide direct supervision, mentor staff, and manage staffing and scheduling.
