Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients under supervision.
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain infection-control procedures and safe medication administration.
• Document patient care accurately in records and communicate changes to the team.
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition.
• Support patient education for medication use and self-care.
