Responsibilities

• Ensure quality, compassionate, and timely medical care for every client.
• Coordinate client care between medical and clinical departments, UR team, and external providers.
• Oversee medication inventory, logs, lab shipments, and medical supplies.
• Direct nursing and medical support staff including interviews, onboarding, training, and scheduling.
• Maintain medical workflow processes and review protocols and operations.
• Ensure quality medical documentation and charting standards through weekly reviews.
