Job summary

Titan Recovery Centers seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide medical oversight and direct patient care for adults in treatment. Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with applicable advanced practice training.
• Active, unrestricted Nevada NP licensure.
• Current DEA registration and BLS certification.
• Ability to provide patient-centered care in a structured treatment environment.
• Knowledge of substance use disorders and evidence-based MAT.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• HIPAA and patient confidentiality familiarity.
• On-site service delivery in Las Vegas, NV.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Medical Evaluations: complete comprehensive evaluations and follow-up visits for adults in treatment.
• Develop and Manage Treatment Plans: diagnose conditions, establish plans, and manage medications within scope.
• Support Detoxification and Recovery: oversee detox, withdrawal management, and MAT with nursing staff.
• Coordinate Diagnostic Care: order/review tests and arrange follow-up.
• Monitor Patient Safety: assess changes and intervene as needed.
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: participate in team meetings for integrated care.
• Maintain Clinical Documentation: document histories, assessments, decisions, and orders in EMR.
• Coordinate with External Providers: communicate with pharmacies and referrals while protecting privacy.
• Support Quality and Compliance: participate in training and adhere to regulations.
• Provide Compassionate Care: apply trauma-informed, culturally responsive practices.
