Job summary

UNC Health seeks experienced Registered Nurses for its Central Staffing Office/Health System Float Pool. You will provide hands-on care across acute, critical care, and emergency settings, with a 24-hour-per-week schedule and 8- or 12-hour shifts.

• RN license to practice in North Carolina
• BLS for Healthcare Providers
• Three (3) years of inpatient hospital nursing experience

Responsibilities

• Provides competent clinical nursing care aligned with professional standards.
• Float to a minimum of four UNC Health hospital locations and two acuity levels.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to evaluate and adjust patient care plans.
• Leads with a focus on safety, patient education, and priority setting.
