Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process.
• Directs, supervises, and evaluates nursing care provided to patients.
• Documents patient admission assessment and care plans per nursing standards.

Skills

Knowledge of medications and correct administration based on patient age and clinical condition

Basic computer knowledge

Ability to organize tasks and function under stressful situations

Education

Postsecondary certificate, diploma, or program graduation from an accredited school of nursing

Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
