Zusammenfassung

Kindred Hospital Paramount and Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) seeks a qualified Registered Nurse to deliver direct and indirect patient care within the nursing process. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, coordinating with patients, families and an interdisciplinary team to support discharge planning.

This role requires RN licensure and at least six months of Medical/Surgical experience. BLS is required; ACLS preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Postsecondary certificate, diploma, or program graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse license in state of practice (per hire).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required; ACLS preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process.
• Develop and execute nursing care plans in coordination with patient, family, and staff.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to physicians and team.
• Participate in discharge planning and patient education.
• Administer medications following the five rights and document accurately.
• Supervise and delegate tasks as appropriate within scope of practice.
• Engage with interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, quality care.
