Job summary

Intermountain Health seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time night shift position at Good Samaritan Hospital. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care.

Candidates must hold a current RN license in the state of practice, BLS certification, and, if not BSN at hire, complete BSN within four years. Professional documentation and ethical practice are expected.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment.
• BSN within four years of hire date where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status and gather information from team members.
• Develop individualized plan of care and involve patient and family.
• Coordinate and direct care delivering through time and resource management.
• Evaluate patient response and revise the care plan as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold professional standards.
