Job summary

Intermountain Health at Good Samaritan Hospital seeks a Registered Nurse for full-time night shift to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care. You will lead an interdisciplinary team, ensure accurate documentation, safety, and regulatory compliance while supporting patient and family education.

Minimum qualifications include an active RN license and BLS; 12 months experience preferred. BSN is preferred per latest updates. This role offers a competitive night-shift compensation package.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Compact licenses must transfer within 60 days of start date.
• RNs with less than 12 months experience must obtain a BSN within four years of hire.
• BLS for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status; gather information from the team.
• Develop an individualized plan of care with patient/family involvement.
• Coordinate and delegate care with the interdisciplinary team to meet plan of care.
• Evaluate outcomes and revise the plan as needed.
