Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shift at Good Samaritan Hospital in Lafayette, Colorado. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care and education to patients and families.

The role requires current RN licensure, BLS certification, and a BSN is preferred with a timeline to obtain if not already held.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their BSN within four (4) years of their hire date.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, social, and psychological status and gather information from interdisciplinary team.
• Collaboratively develop individualized plan of care with patient and family involvement.
• Direct interdisciplinary care team and coordinate care delivery per plan and resources.
• Evaluate patient response to interventions and update the plan as needed.
• Promote professionalism, documentation accuracy, and compliance with licensure and regulatory standards.
