Job summary

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start date.
• RNs with <12 months of experience must obtain a BSN within four years of hire.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status and gather information from the care team.
• Develop an individualized plan of care with patient and family involvement.
• Coordinate the interdisciplinary care team to implement the plan and manage resources.
• Evaluate patient responses and revise the care plan as needed.
• Promote professionalism and ensure compliant documentation across care delivery.
