Heritage Specialty Care in Cedar Rapids, IA seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for 6PM-6AM shifts. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with CNAs, LPNs and providers to ensure safety and quality in a skilled-nursing environment.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in good standing in Iowa.
• Current CPR certification.
• Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations.
• Empathy, respect and discretion in resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time.
• Monitor resident status and respond to changes promptly.
• Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs and other team members to ensure high-quality care.
• Document care and maintain regulatory compliance.
