Qualifications

About This Role

• Schedule: Part-time, Weekend shift (48 hours every two weeks)

• Demonstrate clinical assessment skills and care planning skills.
• Provide safe and effective care for the age population served according to regulatory requirements.
• Professionally direct and manage the activities of the patient care delivery by team members.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team for the plan of care from admission through discharge.
• Assess learning needs of patients and families and provide education based on age, culture, and willingness to learn.

Requirements

Education:

• Current State of PA RN licensure or current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC)

Experience:

• One (1) year general nursing experience required
• One (1) year on specific unit preferred

Licenses & Certifications:

• Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
• Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate
• Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
• CPR – American Heart Association required
