Job summary

Cantex is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team in providing high-quality patient care in accordance with standards and physician orders.

The RN will observe, assess, and document patient conditions, administer medications as prescribed, and coordinate care with subordinates while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
• Valid RN License.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and oversee the provision of patient care services consistent with accepted standards and prescribed by attending Physician.
• Observes, assesses, and reports patient conditions; documents per Cantex policies and regulations.
• EMR documentation of patient assessment, evaluation, and condition changes per nursing practices.
• May administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Receive, transcribe, and execute physicians’ orders; evaluate and implement the patient’s care plan.
• Directs and coordinates timely delivery of patient care by all staff.
• Ensures care management systems are routinely in-serviced and used in patient care delivery.

Education

Graduation from an accredited Nursing School

• Observes, assesses, and reports Patient conditions/changes and documents in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
• EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition, in accordance to nursing practices.
• May administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Receive, transcribe, and execute physicians’ orders. Evaluated and implements a Patient’s care plan.
• Directs, monitors, and coordinates timely delivery of quality Patient care by all subordinate staff.
• Ensures Patient Care Management Systems are routinely in-serviced and incorporated into the delivery of patient care.
