Cantex is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Livingston, TX. You will participate in and oversee patient care services, ensuring they meet accepted standards and physician orders while documenting in the EMR system.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
• Valid Registered Nurse license is required.

Responsabilités

• Provide and oversee patient care per accepted standards and physician orders.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition and document per policies.
• Document patient assessments and changes in EMR in accordance with nursing practice.
• May administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Receive, transcribe and implement physician orders and care plans.
• Direct and coordinate timely delivery of quality patient care with subordinate staff.
• Ensure Patient Care Management Systems are regularly in-serviced and used in care delivery.

Responsibilities

• As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will participate in and oversee the provision of patient care services consistent with accepted standards and prescribed by attending Physician.
• Observes, assesses, and reports Patient conditions/changes and documents in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
• EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition, in accordance to nursing practices.
• May administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Receive, transcribe, and execute physicians’ orders. Evaluated and implements a Patient’s care plan.
• Directs, monitors, and coordinates timely delivery of quality Patient care by all subordinate staff.
• Ensures Patient Care Management Systems are routinely in-serviced and incorporated into the delivery of patient care.
