Job summary

Cantex is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Brookside location to oversee and deliver patient care in accordance with physician orders and clinical policies.

The role includes observing and documenting patient conditions, administering medications, and coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Proficiency with EMR documentation and nursing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee patient care per standards and physician orders.
• Observe, assess, and report patient condition changes; document per policies.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Receive, transcribe, and execute physicians’ orders; update care plans.
• Direct, monitor, and coordinate timely delivery of quality patient care by staff.
• Ensure care management systems are in-serviced and utilized.
