Cantex-Continuing-Care-Network in Denison, Texas seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver and oversee patient care in line with physician orders and state regulations.

The RN will observe and document patient conditions, administer medications, coordinate care with the team, and ensure nursing practices are followed across shifts. Shift: 2pm–10pm, Mon–Fri.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
• Competent in patient assessment and care planning.

Responsabilités

• Oversee patient care per standards and physician orders.
• Observe, assess, and report patient conditions; document per policies.
• EMR documentation in nursing records per practice.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Execute physicians' orders and care plans.
• Direct and coordinate timely delivery of patient care by staff.
• Ensure care management systems are in-serviced and used.
