Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
• Valid RN license or eligibility to practice.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and oversee the provision of patient care services per accepted standards and physician prescriptions.
• Observe, assess, and report patient conditions and changes and document per policies, procedures, and regulations.
• EMR documentation related to patient assessment, evaluation, and changes in condition.
• May administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Receive, transcribe, and execute physician orders and implement the patient care plan.
• Direct, monitor, and coordinate timely delivery of quality patient care by staff.
• Ensure Patient Care Management Systems are routinely in-serviced and incorporated into care delivery.

Responsibilities

• As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will participate in and oversee the provision of patient care services consistent with accepted standards and prescribed by attending Physician.
• Observes, assesses, and reports Patient conditions/changes and documents in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
• EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition, in accordance to nursing practices.
