Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state where the hospital is located, or a valid compact license.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS certification required within 90 days of employment.
• BLS and ACLS certifications must be American Heart Association approved.

Responsibilities

• Provide, coordinate, and supervise patient care under Nursing leadership.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor progress and communicate changes in condition.
• Educate patients and families on post-hospital care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Promote patient safety and quality of care.
