Brushy Creek Post Acute in Greer, SC, seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for day and night shifts on 12-hour rotations. Competitive pay, shift differentials, and a supportive cottage-style care model await.

You will lead care on our 12-bed cottage units, coordinating with LPNs and CNAs to deliver compassionate, individualized nursing care. The role requires SC RN licensure, CPR certification, and strong clinical and communication skills to maintain high-quality outcomes for residents.

Qualifications

• Active SC RN license required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Maintain CE credits and good standing with SC Board of Nursing.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills.
• Compassion for underserved population.
• Ability to stay active walking between cottages during shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide and supervise direct patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians.
• Lead and support LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and facility standards.
• Promote a safe, clean, resident-centered environment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
