Laconia Center is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time, part-time and per diem roles. We offer 12-hour shifts (7am–7pm and 7pm–7am) with a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time.

Under supervision, the RN delivers high-quality nursing care, leads teams with LPNs and CNAs, collaborates with physicians, maintains PCC documentation, and upholds HIPAA and safety standards. We provide strong benefits and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Active RN license in the State where practicing.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ADN or BSN).
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality nursing care and ensure patient/family satisfaction.
• Lead and delegate to LPNs and CNAs within state practice acts.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to manage care plans.
• Maintain PCC EHR documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
