Mountain Ridge Center is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time and per diem roles in New Hampshire. The facility offers 8- or 12-hour shifts, a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff, and benefits with pay in lieu of typical benefits.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ADN or BSN).
Active RN license in the applicable State Board.
Current BLS/CPR certification.
Experience in long-term care, post-acute, rehabilitative, or geriatric nursing preferred.
Excellent English language communication for documentation and patient safety.
Health screenings including TST verification as required by state guidelines.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care under supervision and collaborate with the care team.
Perform comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, and monitor patient progress.
Administer medications and coordinate with physicians and staff for safe discharges.
Lead and mentor LPNs and CNAs to support team growth and patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate, real-time clinical documentation using PCC EHR.
