Laconia Center is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts. Shifts run 12 hours, 7am–7pm and 7pm–7am, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time.

The role includes delivering nursing care, medication administration, and supervising unlicensed staff in a long-term care setting. Benefits are described as 25% more pay in lieu of benefits, plus various health and wellness options.

Qualifications

• Must be graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required by state/regional practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care under RN supervision.
• Evaluate patients and report changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders.
• Supervise care provided by unlicensed staff.
