Genesis’s Lebanon Center in New Hampshire is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dedicated team. Shifts are 7am–3pm or 3pm–11pm, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff. We offer great benefits and a 25% pay-in-lieu-of-benefits option, plus opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ADN or BSN).
• Licensure: Active RN license.
• Certifications: Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Clinical Experience: Long-term care, post-acute, rehabilitative, or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Language & Communication: Proficient in English for clinical documentation.
• Health Requirements: Health screenings including TST per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care and holistic assessments.
• Administer medications and develop individualized care plans.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs, delegating tasks per state practice acts.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for care plans.
• Maintain real-time documentation using PCC EHR.
