Job summary

Eventide Fargo is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) for the day shift (6:00a–6:30p) on 12-hour rotations. You will ensure high-quality nursing care, follow federal and state guidelines, and uphold facility policies. A set schedule includes every 3rd weekend with a holiday rotation.

Compensation includes a $2/hour weekend shift differential and a competitive pay range. Benefits cover health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, plus a 403(b) with employer match and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must have an active ND RN license or be able to obtain upon hire.
• Long Term Care experience preferred but not required.
• RN assesses residents' health status through physical assessments, observations and interviews.
• Plans, implements and evaluates residents' individualized plans of care with interdisciplinary involvement.
• Administers medications and treatments and monitors effectiveness.
• Provides accurate documentation in residents' records.
• RN provides leadership to subordinate staff and ensures coverage.
• Communicates residents' needs to the care team and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' health status and needs through assessments, observations and interviews.
• Plan, implement and evaluate individualized care plans; update as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments and monitor effectiveness.
• Provide direct nursing care according to policies and standards.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation for residents.
