Job summary

Harborview-Health-System is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in Tarboro, NC. You will supervise CNAs, collaborate with the IDT to develop and evaluate individualized care plans, and ensure timely assessments and documentation.

• Active RN license in good standing in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support CNAs under the direction of the Director of Nursing.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Ensure initial baseline and periodic comprehensive assessments are completed on time.
• Prepare for and facilitate physician rounds by flagging concerns and preparing documentation for review.
• Initiate consultations or referrals as appropriate based on resident needs.
• Perform administrative tasks including medical documentation, evaluations, and reports.
• Deliver nursing care within scope of practice and aligned with facility policy and clinical standards.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and notify providers as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.

What You Will Do
